Recertification audit of quality management system in the company "Tomsk Cable Factory"

In the period from 18 to 29 January 2016 at the company LLC "Tomsk Cable Factory" was conducted the re-certification audit of the quality management system (QMS) for compliance with the International Standard ISO 9001: 2008. A global leader in the field of certification - CJSC «Bureau Veritas Certification Rus», carried out the audit.

Interviews, observation over the activities, analysis of documents, records and information were applied as audit methods. The audit criteria were the requirements of international standard ISO 9001: 2008 and own requirements of "Tomsk Cable Factory", set out in the Policy, Quality Manual and documented procedures, regulations processes, regulations on subdivisions, job descriptions, instructions for labor and other protection.

Re-certification audit was based on the process approach, implemented in SMC LLC "Tomsk Cable Factory", and carried out in accordance with the Plan of the audit at the production site and office units in the city of Tomsk. Accordance with the criteria was set in an interview with senior and mid-level organizations, employees of the organization,under the analysis of the SMC documentation, SMC records, direct observation of processes in the workplace.  

The results of the re-certification audit has shown that the alleged certification corresponds to the activities carried out in the enterprise. LLC "Tomskcable" has demonstrated effective implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008. QMS documentation meets the requirements of the audited standard, its structure and composition are sufficient to implement and maintenance QMS. Planning and achieving the planned results for the aims and objectives of the enterprise policies developed in the QMS. The program of internal audits carried out in full volume and in general demonstrates effective mechanism for maintaining the QMS.
